FAQ’s
Once the original material is received by our office, it will be professionally
photographed and copy will be created for inclusion in our catalog and auction.
Each item will include a high low estimate. Prior to each sale, consignors will
receive a pre-sale report which outlines each item. The consignor is under no obligation
up until this point and there are no hidden costs or fees. After ratifying the pre-sale
notification (or failing to submit and changes or omissions), the customer will
only be charged if the item sells, in accordance with the schedule contained in
the consignors agreement*.
*one exception is if the customer submits a reserve price
that is higher than ½ the low estimate; see agreement for details.
