Rare, good content typed D.S. "Che" with holograph as "Comandante" with a holograph correction on Cuban navy letterhead, 1p. 4to., [Havana], Sep. 30, 1960 to Ministry of the Revolutionary Armed Forces Department of Education concerning the issuance of degrees. Guevara discusses the diploma issued to a military officer, "Comrade Rodrigo Rodriguez Gonzalez", noting: "...the officer who has signed has not granted or ratified the grades he held...everything concerning the grades of the aforementioned comrade must be processed through the Chief of the troop to which he belonged during the [Cuban] insurrection..." File holes, folds, and a tiny marginal chip, else very good to fine.
