Pair of items from the failed presidential candidacy of Union Major General George B. McClellan. Included is a 2 1/2" x 6" (sight) "Morgan County Democratic Ticket", a ballot used by soldiers in the Chattanooga area to vote for the McClellan-Pendleton ticket. The ballot also bears the names of electors and displays an eagle and flags at top. The ballot is matted with a McClellan election token, 3/4" bronze showing "Little Mac" in uniform in a profile, with his name about the rim. There also appears a matted image of the two candidates, perhaps from an envelope or letterhead. All are matted in black and set into a black wood frame. Very good to fine.
