(1905-1981) Nazi German architect and Minister of Armaments and War Production, convicted of war crimes at Nuremberg. Lengthy A.L.S. "Albert", 4pp. 8vo., Heidelberg, July 9, 1970, to "Sid", discussing the imminent publication of the English translation of his memoir, "Inside the Third Reich". He continues: "I looking after some serious publication of History of Development of the Atomic Bomb and in this History I am only interested in those facts: 1) How many worked on it and how was it managed to keep a secret, until Hiroshima happened. 2) How were government members informed?..." He continues with more personal questions, and signs at the conclusion in blue ink, along with his wife Margarete, who signs "Greta". Shows original mailing folds, else very good to fine.
