Following his de facto demotion and relegation to the sidelines, Raeder here simply requests assistance for actress Hermine Korner who seeks to reorganize a theater in Potsdam, and he further offers news on the medical condition of his orderly. Signed in pencil at bottom. Folds, else very good. Following Hitler's outrage over the Battle of the Barents Sea, Karl Dönitz was promoted to Grand Admiral, and Raeder was named Admiral Inspector, a ceremonial office.
