Good pair of signed items, includes: S.P., 8" x 10", an official U.S. Army Signal Corps chest-up portrait in uniform. He signs at bottom right in blue ink. The portrait shows some soiling, else very good. WITH: War-date T.L.S., 1p. 4to., Washington, D.C., June 6, 1942, to Boy Scouts counselor Geroge A. Ingham, transmitting the above S.P. and praising the reputation of the scouts. He signs boldly at the conclusion in black ink. Shows a very light spot of soiling, else very good. Two pieces.
