Large steel-cased stopwatch, approx. 2 1/2" dia., marked on the face as being retailed by A. Schuchmann of Wilhelmshaven. The watch features an white dial with black numerals with a sixty-second timer, with a smaller inset thirty-minute timer. The back of the case is engraved with a national eagle over the initials "K M" and the numeral "3989", indicating adoption by the Kriegsmarine. The watch winds, runs, and resets in good form, with the movement appearing to operate perfectly. The movement itself is marked with the serial number "11209", with no maker indicated, but possibly made by Junghans. The reverse of the stem is additionally marked "11" over "209". Shows some slight spots of soiling to the face, with a few spots of oxidation to the case, else very good.
