(1877 - 1946) Nazi Minister of the Interior, author of the Nuremberg Laws. Hanged at Nuremberg for his crimes. Early signed book, "Reichstags-Handbuch V. Wahlperiode" ("Reichstag Handbook, Fifth Electoral Period"), ed. the Bureau of the Reichstag (Berlin: Druck und Verlag der Reichsbucherei), 1930, 642pp. 8vo., a guide to the Reichstag and its various deputies and committees for the given year, including portraits of said deputies and diagrams of the building itself among the appendices. A supplement booklet is also present. Frick signs boldly in black ink on the front flyleaf, and a second time on the following endpaper. The verso of the title page bears the stamp of the "Haupt-Archiv der NSDAP" ("Main Archive of the NSDAP"), while the front flyleaf and the front cover are stamped "Property of MIRS Library", with a handwritten "class code". The spine covering is peeling slightly, and the cover shows bumps and wear, with minor toning to the page edges, else very good.
