On the backside of the photos or a numbered list I will write the event, date, place and who. PS. 2. Enclosed handwritten letter by Feldmarschall v. Rundstedt to me regarding the book 'Mein guter Petronius' [not present]. You will recognize the trusty relationship how he is addressing me. ...My closest friends like the nickname. That's why the Feldmarschall called me in private 'Petronius'. We were like father and son! I have additional handwritten notes by the Feldmarschall..." He signs at the conclusion in black ink. Shows original mailing folds, else very good.
