Fine association partly-printed D.S., 1p. folio, Berlin, July 31, 1939, the promotion of RUDOLF DINTER to the rank of Colonel. Von Brauchitsch signs boldly at lower right, beneath the lithographed signature of Adolf Hitler. With blind-embossed stamp. Folds and file holes at left margin, otherwise very good. RUDOLF DINTER (1893-1965) served as a lieutenant general and Pioneer leader of Panzergruppe 4, and after Jan. 19, 1945 was Pioneer leader of Army Group Vistula until his capture by the British.
