Good lot of three Cold War-era Soviet propaganda posters, each 22 1/2" x 34 3/4", includes: a depiction of a large hand pulling up a cluster of nuclear missiles by the roots, with the slogan in Cyrillic: "Yank Them Out! Universal Disarmament". A Cyrillic publishing line at bottom left indicates that the poster was published in Moscow in 1978. Shows slight wear to the edges, else very good. WITH: a depiction of an army of hands signing a document entitled "New Stockholm Agreement", which morphs into a wall blocking the advance of a group of caricatured Western capitalists and imperialists. The Cyrillic title at bottom reads: "Stop Armaments Race!" The artist's printed signature appears beneath the illustration at right, while a publishing line at center indicates that the poster was produced in Moscow in 1976. Shows slight wear to the edges, else very good to fine. WITH: a depiction of a large leaf containing a forest, with a cigarette butt in the form of a bomb burning a large segment, titled "Save the Forests!" in Cyrillic at bottom left. The emblem of a Soviet conservation association appears at top right, with a publishing line at bottom indicating that the poster was produced in Moscow in 1976. Shows a small tear top the top edge, else very good. Three pieces.
