EDWIN BOOTH
(1833 - 1893) American actor who was the brother of John Wilkes and is renowned as the greatest Hamlet of his time. A.L.S. 1p. 8vo., Philadelphia, "Wednesday", [n.y.], to Harry, in part: "...As I feared the lower boxes were sold & I could get only an upper one, tickets for which I enclose. The advance sale of seats left none for me...". Moderately toned, top corner chipped, very good.

Shipment is sent USPS priority, USPS International Express (for most overseas) or UPS Ground at the auctioneer's option, signature required, unless other arrangements are made. Handling, shipping and insurance charges will be added to the invoice in one entry. Customer's who supply their own courier account number will still be charged a handling fee.
